A full body checkup is a preventive screening that looks across your major organ systems in one go — helping catch issues early, before symptoms appear.

What a good full body checkup covers

  • Blood sugar & HbA1c (diabetes)
  • Lipid profile (heart)
  • Liver and kidney function tests
  • Thyroid profile
  • Complete blood count and iron/vitamin levels
  • Urine routine, and often an ultrasound and ECG in advanced packages

How often should you get one?

Healthy adults under 40 can screen every 1–2 years. From 40 onwards — or earlier if you have diabetes, high blood pressure or a family history of chronic illness — an annual checkup is recommended.

Preparing for your checkup

Most full body packages need 10–12 hours of fasting. Book an early-morning home collection slot so you can eat soon after the sample is taken.
