Effective date: 16 August 2026. These terms govern your use of www.drnarayanpathlab.com and the diagnostic services of Dr. Narayan Path Labs (a unit of Narayan Biologicals Pvt. Ltd., "we", "us"). By booking a test or using this website you accept these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Our services
We are an NABL-accredited, ICMR-registered diagnostic laboratory. Through this website you can book pathology tests and health packages, with samples collected at your home by a trained phlebotomist or at our collection centres. Home collection is subject to serviceability in your area and availability of collection slots; we will confirm your booking on WhatsApp, SMS or by phone call, and by booking you consent to being contacted on the number you provide for booking-related communication.
Bookings and your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide — name, contact number, address and the tests selected. Some tests have preparation requirements (for example fasting); these are indicated on the test page and must be followed, as results from an incorrectly prepared sample may be unreliable. Bookings for persons under 18 must be made by a parent or guardian, who must be present at the time of collection.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the website include applicable taxes and home-collection charges unless stated otherwise. Struck-through prices indicate the standard rate before our discount. You may pay online through our payment gateway or in cash/UPI at the time of collection. Coupon codes apply as described at checkout, are limited to their stated conditions, and have no cash value. Prices may be revised at any time, but a confirmed booking is honoured at its booked price.
Reports
Report timelines shown (such as 24 hours) are indicative and count from receipt of the sample at the laboratory; specialised or outsourced tests may take longer. Reports are delivered digitally through our online reports portal and/or on WhatsApp, and are shared only with you and, where you request, your referring doctor.
Test results are not medical advice
Laboratory reports are diagnostic aids, not a diagnosis or treatment. Results must be interpreted by a qualified medical practitioner in the context of your clinical condition. Never start, stop or change treatment based on a lab report without consulting your doctor.
Sample rejection and recollection
Occasionally a sample cannot be processed (for example insufficient quantity, haemolysis, or a labelling issue). In such cases we will arrange a free recollection at your convenience or refund the affected test as per our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Website use
Content on this website — test descriptions, prices, health articles — is provided for general information and may change without notice. You may not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
